Adeline Alonso Ugaglia is an associate professor in the Department of Economics and Management at the National School of Agronomy (Bordeaux Sciences Agro), in Bordeaux. Her teaching is mainly oriented toward accounting but also sustainable agriculture. Her research in wine economics is wide ranging, including questions related to the economics of the adoption of environmental innovations, in particular pest-management technologies, and issues related to wine markets and players, such as performance of wine cooperatives and firms and modeling the market for bulk wine (prices).
